Communism offers a solution to a problem and America will become communist to solve a problem
Communism and belief in God are incompatible. Post World War Two Communist Poland did allow Catholics to have Mass and this caused a great deal of issues for the communist government. As such, a country that wants to remain communist should do all it can to keep the Mass suppressed. We will look at some of the issues our Catholic Priests caused for the communist government. In general, communism sees man as physical matter only. This matter is in movement and as a result we live in a society of change. The change comes from conflict of two or more forces; in our society we can view these forces as the corporation and the worker. The communist says over time the worker will receive less to the point they seek revolution. This is a fair statement. It is my belief that if corporate America continues on its course, which is greed, we will see revolution against it. Since communism sees man as a material object, it has a problem with the belief in God and finds a friend in atheism. The communist sees the church as an opposition force to their system. There are a number of reasons why communism sees religion as a threat but at first these reasons may not seem apparent. These reason will be reviewed along with why communism is really opposed to Christianity. If you told me twenty years ago that we would be very close to a communist USA I wouldn’t have believed it. However, today we are very close to becoming communist. We will take a brief look at communist Poland and how Catholicism caused problems for the communists. Marx likened life to a conflict of opposing forces of rich and poor which ends in revolution. Marx believed this revolution could lead to positive change where no private person or entity owned property or natural resources, but instead those resources would be owned by the People. The means of production would be owned by all of us, the People so we would be free of the tyranny of the rich. In our bible, in Acts, we see a Christian form of communism where everyone gave what they owned to be shared with everyone else but in practice most communism also devolves. It devolves because there is a conflict between truth and lies.
There are two things we have inside of us even if we didn’t know God or any religion. One, is the desire to know God. We read in the catechism there are two things which open us up to God: the world and the human person (Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC) 31-35). Two, is Natural Law which is knowable by a well formed conscience and written in our hearts as St. Paul says in Romans 2:15. However, if we contrast that to the writing of Marx, he states that we are only matter and that religion is the opiate of the people. There is no desire to know God or things that point us to God and there is no natural law but only man who has to free himself of property to more fully realize himself. The system in place of property gives power to the property owner who subjugates the worker. He says this conflict will work itself out over time and that communism is what will save man and give him freedom from oppression. The Communist cannot recognize natural rights because they come from God. There is no absolute right or wrong since there is no God and nothing flows from God but only man who is stuck in a system of conflict. All systems including the idea of natural law create a power dynamic. To acknowledge that there are natural rights would undermine Communist ideology and the system of government. These rights include but are not limited to parental rights; property rights; freedom of assembly; freedom to travel; freedom of speech whether by a bishop, a priest or a layperson; freedom to worship; freedom to pursue ones happiness. Secondly, there are Mosaic laws which speak about property such as “do not envy your neighbor’s house”. They cannot allow God to be creator or authority over the people because this will undermine the idea that the state can control or direct the ownership of property. However, Catholic teaching is that the state exists for man, man does not exist for the state (Divini Redemptoris). Just as it is written “the sabbath is made for man but man is not made for the sabbath.” The entire notion of God must be abandoned for the Communist so that they can take control of property and thereby gain power and control, but when they take control of property, it is under the guise that it is owned by the people. They deny others the rights they had in ownership. Third, to acknowledge God would be to acknowledge that man is created in the image of God and from this flows certain things such as God’s plan for us and the dignity and dominion of man. Fourthly, the Church teaches that Christ is King and that there is a heavenly kingdom and this in counter to the communist who says that communism is the solution here on earth to solve our conflict. Humanity is only in this earthly state, there is no heaven. The Church teaches that salvation comes through Christ not the state and this too is dangerous to Communists just as the notion that Christ is King.
At the outset, Communism must destroy the idea that there is a God and replace that idea with there is the state who will create a utopia for the working person and ultimately the individual will have freedom. Communism wants to distance people from God and while it works to do so, our innate sense of God and our conscience which understands a natural law, form a new conflict. The conflict those is between those who make the new communist law and those who are in that system but inwardly they perceive divinity in man. The Communist tries to take by force the innate sense of God while the people seek God because we have an innate desire for God. From this comes a natural sense of injustice which leads the people to revolt. But how can Communism be the savior of man if man revolts against it? Since God has placed upon us a sense of right and wrong and He has placed upon us the knowledge that He exists, we then understand inherently that there is God. This will create instability in the Communist government and a tension will arise between the state and the people. This is contrary to the Communist who says their plan is the solution between the classes. A new class warfare begins between those with God and those without.
Underneath the desire for communism is a stealthy plan to acquire power and wealth for the communist insider. The guise is that communists want to destroy the classes and create parity for the worker but the truth is they want power. There are those who rightly observe that they will not have the wealth that the rich will have. They envy and want that same wealth. So, they must construct a system whereby they can take what is not theirs. But as is stated “do not envy.” Communism is their strategy because they have no other means to gain power and wealth. The alternative would be to become part of the money class but they instead believe communism is a better alternative. It is the way to gain power and wealth. They simply want something that isn’t theirs. This is likened to Protestantism. Both Protestants and Communists understand that only through revolution can they seize power. As the bible says “And from the days of John the Baptist until now, the Kingdom of Heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force” Matt 11:12. The Protestants rightly observed that there was no true authority given to them so the only way to gain that authority was by stealing it. They stole it because they wanted something which wasn’t theirs. Protestants like Communists benefit when authority acts poorly. In both cases reform is needed but not revolution and the upending of the legitimate way of being. Revolution can only be followed by revolution as others begin to see that the established way of being can only be transformed through revolution and because of this we have seen many different protestant denominations and much unrest and suffering in communist nations. When Pope John Paul II entered Poland on June 2, 1979 he said “‘Christ cannot be kept out of the history of man in any part of the globe, at any longitude or latitude. . . . The exclusion of Christ from the history of man is an act against man! Without Christ, it is impossible to understand our history.’ And once again, the Crowd responded ‘WE WANT GOD’” (We want God, Father Jim Churn, 1/23/2022, downloaded from homilyonthespot.com).
The idea to gain power is formed and those who are on the inside and do the work reaps the rewards. Once the revolution has been completed they seize power and we have new masters who are no better than the previous masters. In the case of communism the masters also deny God and so we have a society where God is not allowed. The Communist teach that religion is the opiate of the masses which they mean that man has suffering and religion is the thing which he uses to try and make himself feel better. When religion, the opiate, is seen for what it is, a crutch and fairy tale, then man can truly be free through Communism. However, this creates tension because inside of us is the innate knowledge that there is a God. But as we discussed, the communist cannot allow God because from this flows certain logic that would undermine the communistic system. And so we see a new form of tension.
Make no mistake, this tension is known and understood by the communist master and what follows is a police state where people spy on other people. A system of rewards and punishment is established and those who go along with the system are rewarded for their traitorous action while those who follow their innate conscience are punished. The reason for this is that God is the greatest threat to their system of power. If people start to worship God freely as Christians then from this flows the idea that we can parent as we see fit and that we can seek to live life in order to serve God.
Poland in 1979 was a communist country but the utopia wasn’t all is was supposed to be and the country experienced higher food prices. This caused the Poles to grumble and start to wonder if communism was so great after all. There were priests against communism who spoke of something they called “solidarity.” The communists learned the hard way that allowing people to assemble at Church was bad for their system of government. During Mass, priests could speak of the Solidarity movement and the movement called upon by the Pope which was to create their own identity and institutions free of the Communist government. One such priest, Jerzy Popiełuszko, spoke against communism and was murdered by government agents in 1984. The first attempt at killing him was October 13th, 1984 but that failed and they successfully did kill him October 19th. The reason they killed him was that he was telling the truth and rallying the people to revolt against communism. Why? Because of the conflict between those with power who wanted communism and atheism and those without power who wanted God. “WE WANT GOD” they cried.
It flows also that since we are created in the image of God and grafted or adopted into the body of Christ then each of us is endowed with certain gifts that are used to support the body of Christ. In order to use our God given talents in service of Christ the King we must be free to explore and to learn as we see fit. However, in the communist society there is no freedom to pursue happiness but only to support the state. The body of Christ also known as the Church would also have its own set of customs and rules, its own authority or hierarchy and its own belief system apart from the states’. The church also teaches that each of us has a soul and that we are but only pilgrims here on earth and that earth itself offers no solution to our human condition. This is directly opposed the communists who believe communism to be the salvation for mankind. The church if allowed to live would also have in its leadership and its laity many who would teach a different doctrine from communism and if this were allowed to happen the people would realize that communism doesn’t offer anything of value and they would change the system. Once that kind of discussion is allowed those who hold power and wealth, the party leaders, would be in fear of losing their power and wealth and so they must not allow for God. The real truth is that there would be no fear of God if there was no God so by denying God and the freedom to assemble and worship shows that the communist recognizes our innate understanding of the Truth, which is, there is a God. And as we are taught, Christ is the King of the Universe, not the communist. This belief is directly counter to their narrative and must be destroyed.
The mind of Satan is more brilliant than the mind of man and since he is the one who devised communism his real aim is to destroy the church, not the wealth of the rich. Satan can use the wealthy just as easily as can use the communist; it isn’t the destruction of the rich, who are useful to him which is his aim, but it is freedom of religion he wishes to destroy through communism which is disguised as salvation. It is disguised as freedom of the worker from the yoke of capitalists and owners but its goal is destruction of love of God. We are allowed to worship because we are allowed to freely associate. And if allowed to freely associate to freely discuss what we choose and in our case it is the Mass. It is the devil’s aim to destroy the church and so he cloaks communism as an antidote the opiate offered by religion or freedom from religion.
“Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time” Rev 12:12.
Communism comes from the mind of the devil not so we can create a more perfect society free of the evils of the rich but to be free of the church. The false kingdom that replaces the church is the church of Satan where there is no church and each person is subjugated and driven to misery and drudgery so that man only feels pain. Once this is achieved he will seek to be part of the system so that he can feel less pain. This will lead to apostasy because one cannot serve both God and the devil. He can only serve one or the other. There will be those who follow their interior understanding of God and they will be the ones who are punished for their worship. In the catechism it states that communism or the thing offered by the Antichrist is the solution to a problem. In our American case, our very particular case, our problem will be the collapse of our nation due to corporate greed; unnecessary overspending which hyper inflates our currency; the verse “A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine” (Rev 6:6) becomes true; the solution will be be given but in trade, our compliance, which will be in the form of apostasy. The communist seizes upon the failure of our society and we must suffer and watch the collapse of our nation because there are those who want power, money and control. These things must be this way for the communist. But this is all driven by the the devil himself and so “woe to earth and the sea because the devil has come to you…”
In 1937, Pope Pius XI wrote that the ideals of communism can succeed when there is silence from the media as to the abuses of communists; and when there is silence from those who are Catholic but should speak; and there is an abuse of power of the wealthy and the business owners, especially if the business person is a Catholic. This environment is no different than we see today. All of these elements exist right now and support communist propaganda that class warfare must lead to revolution. We have seen communism for what it is in 2023 but in 1937 it wasn’t as apparent but we see it clearer today. In the Soviet Union, Joseph Stalin’s revolution was responsible for the deaths of one hundred million people. They also killed the intellectuals and those who were previously rich. After world war two, when the Soviets inherited the eastern states many countries fell into communist hands such as the Polish. And by the way the Poles voted for communism but the election was a stolen one. And I believe this will happen here too. We will “vote” for it but it will be a fraudulent election. If communism was a great idea why has it failed over and over again? And why did the people in East Germany, Poland and Romania and other places want what the west offered? And now as if some mysterious force is directing the hearts and minds of men, there is a cloak of silence which prevents our media from discussing its errors; one can’t believe they are ignorant of the errors of communism! Where are our church leaders on communism? Where are our Catholic brethren who work in business? The errors of communism are apparent. How many nations have fallen prey to it and how many are now in endless suffering and revolution as a result? The remedy to fix our situation isn’t communism but repentance and a return to sound decision making. Communism wouldn’t be a solution in today’s world if those with the ability to speak out against it would do so because unlike 1937 we can clearly see the outcome of what happens.
In order to prepare for a communist take over there must be an intermediary stage and building of forces so that when the time is right the revolution can begin. The communist platform which was built on Marxist ideas states that a more perfect society can be formed by turning the state over to the worker and away from the rich. As such, there is an intermediate state which is called socialism which is neither fully capitalist or communist, but in this state people can become conditioned to communism and the communists can build forces and numbers. This state of being, socialism, states that the rich and the corporate masters must give to the people and that the role of the state must increase while the role of the individual and the parent must decrease.
There are many socialists in our country running things right now. They act in the open and they use class warfare and anything else they can use with the sole purpose of destroying and undermining a free society. The idea of family is under attack. For how many years have we been conditioned via television that the dad is the idiot? How many times throughout these past years have we been told that the woman is subjugated and maltreated by the man? How many times have we been told there isn’t even a woman or a man? That too is fluid and open to interpretation. The authority given to a man as head of the household must be taken away and undermined. The authority given to parents must be taken away. Where our bodies are made in the image of God there must be found only matter so that our bodies are simply a higher form of animal. We have no legitimate right to our body except in the case of abortion. Our usefulness as human beings is only good if we are useful for the state. Therefore, the old must be killed off because they are useless and we see in many countries right now the use of euthanasia for the elderly, the sick and even just those who don’t want to live. The education of the children must be the sole right of the state not the parent so that the children can be conditioned to communism. And since there is a man and a woman who together create children we must also destroy even the notion that man and woman belong together and that there is a man and a woman. Health care must come from the government as well. We must undermine the authority of the church because the church with moral authority can speak to its members and as such we must also reduce its members, they say. “Hence they endeavor to sharpen the antagonisms which arise between the various classes of society” (Divini Redemtoris, 9).
The reason they want to make this such is so they can make the case that the world will eventually come to realize that the “synthesis” of events lead to a worker’s paradise, communism. So, anything which makes division and undermines the current system is good. They create an opposition to the status quo so that through this conflict people are taught that the previous way of doing things is the old way. They are told there is a better way, a way free from oppression of the rich and freedom from religion. A way without outdated notions of gender and gender power models. A way without the notion that the parent can be trusted to raise his child. These things lead to revolution instead of reformation and in the wake of this revolution once it is complete you will not be a freed worker but instead an apostate or a martyr who will still be controlled by a technocratic state. This one will be communist, not corporate but at least in our current state we can assemble and attend Mass. After the revolution everything you do will be monitored and reported to the state. The technology is already used against you. “Then they will deliver you to tribulation, and will kill you, and you will be hated by all nations because of My name” (Matt 24:9).
In conclusion, it is my opinion that communism is really a crafty plot to gain power in order to destroy Christianity. It is achieved through stages. The first is to undermine capitalism which is done through highlighting the errors of capitalism, by the abuse of power, by corporate greed and by massive government debt which will lead to default. More wealth going to ultra rich and less wealth for the middle class. The poor become dependent on the government. The second stage, dependence, is to establish a type of working socialism in order to condition the people and build a faithful following. Third, class warfare will separate and divide us. All these have happened and are happening. All these things create an environment where people are open to change and revolution. It’s an active softening. Eventually, we will revolt. We will vote to replace our constitution with a new communist constitution. This will lead to a fraudulent election which results in communism. This will happen due to the default of our system which results from too much debt and obligations which are now over $2T while we only bring in $4.8T in revenue, an annual $2T deficit and a total debt of $33T. Then, when communism comes technology will be used to control. Religion will not be tolerated. Your property and your family will belong to the state. The antichrist will offer the solution but the price will be apostasy. If you choose apostasy you will eat, if not, you will die. But then due to our innate knowledge of God and our desire for God a new class warfare will begin. Those who seek truth will suffer, those who do not will suffer less. However, they will have a different kind of suffering, a suffering of knowing there is something missing and secretly they too will seek God. Communism will not solve any problems but will lead to more revolution. The revolution of man against the tyranny of communism. The same communism many will welcome as a solution to a problem but it will not solve any problems, it will only create more.
